21 Days of Chant! – Virtual Event

During this virtual live chanting meditation journey we will practice one specific mantra
everyday for 30 minutes in 21 days. Practicing chanting for 21 days will delve into your
mind, body and spirit. This practice will help your mind to release focus and positive
energy that lessen anxiety and stress. Chanting mantras calms the mind, body and
spirit.

This meditation class is offered virtually live through Zoom. If you miss a class a
recorded class will be provided and accessible for 48 hours.

Instructor & Reiki Master: Cristina Gabriel– Cristina is a gentle soul who is very passionate about teaching Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki. After experiencing her own healing journey with Reiki and other alternative modalities, Cris came to know and love the healing that occurs from natural and “non-traditional” methods. She finds joy and healing in her work through the positive connection and energy exchange between her and her clients and students. Cris’s practice is mainly based on the foundational principle of “Metta Bhavana” – loving kindness or compassion, where the healing process occurs naturally with compassion and trust. Cris invites her clients & students to receive with an open heart and mind.
