Life can get a little busy and hectic at times with the constant demands of everyday life. These demands can cause us a lot of stress, tension and anxiety. Although we cannot control the outside factors of our life, we can control how they impact us or mindfully choose to not impact us. We can help manage our negative influences through the practice of meditation.
In this unique series, you will build a stronger understanding on the concepts of meditation and how accessible it can be to intergrade in your everyday life. There are numerous benefits to the practice of meditation:

Jennifer Jeffries is a compassionate and intuitive holistic healing practitioner and Yoga Instructor, actively teaching vinyasa flows, gentle yoga, power flows, restorative therapeutic yoga, prenatal and yin yoga. She is enthusiastic and deeply passionate about assisting others in finding their own internal connection with their mind, body and soul. She has a diverse knowledge in guided meditations helping others to dive into their own inner self.
