This practice starts with a guided meditation while in the stillness of Supported Reclining pose. Most commonly known as lazy boy chair, in this pose your nervous system gives way into a quiet space, slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. Poses are supported with props like blocks, bolster, blankets and chairs. The props create a gentle and mild stretch in your body and hold poses longer with ease. The whole practice allows the body and mind to relax deeply.

Cristina believes that everyone needs healing everyday whether physically, emotionally or mentally. She is very passionate in teaching Yoga and Practice Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki. She finds joy and healing in her work through the positive connection and energy exchange between her and her clients. She combined the divine healing of Thai Yoga
Massage and Reiki as well as Restorative Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage.
Her practice is mainly base on the foundational principle of “Metta Bhavana” – loving kindness or compassion. She believes that our body innately heals by itself in the right environment. Her passion is creating a relaxing and healing environment in her practice, workshop and classes. The healing process is naturally occurring with compassion and trust.
