Tuning into the Body and Breath Awareness Meditation 10:30am – 4 weeks series – 4 of 4

March 27 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

This practice is a 60 minutes seated meditation divided into 3 parts. Breath, Sensation and Thoughts. Sitting in the chair with eyes close or gaze downward bringing full awareness to the breath, sensation and thoughts. There’s a mindful gentle movement in between parts.  Allowing the breath to move your body and find your comfortable seat in a safe and non-judgmental space. Notice the breath, sensations, emotions and thoughts at the present moment without judgement.

In this practice you will experience:

  • Improve focus and attention
  • Reduces pain
  • Bring inner peace
  • Relaxes your body
  • Promote better sleep

This Meditation practice is for everyone and no experience required. Chairs are provided. Those who prefer a floor posture are invited to bring a cushion.

Cristina believes that everyone needs healing everyday whether physically, emotionally or mentally. She is very passionate about teaching Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki. She finds joy and healing in her work through the positive connection and energy exchange between her and her clients. Cris combines the divine healing of Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Restorative Yoga.  Her practice is mainly based on the foundational principle of “Metta Bhavana” – loving kindness or compassion, where the healing process occurs naturally with compassion and trust. Cris invites her clients to receive with an open heart and mind. Everyone says she has healing hands and her clients always feel fantastic in Cris’ care.
