Join us for 45 minutes every week as we cultivate the “muscle” of meditation in a supportive community of practitioners.
Borrowing strongly from the Yogic and Buddhist traditions, Tabitha leads practitioners from the body, through the breath, into the realm of guided visualizations, and ending in self-reflective silence. When we meditate consistently, we have the opportunity to understand the truth of who we are, and what life is all about. Meditation practice allows us to feel a sense of well-being, to know peace, to experience profound inner bliss, and to feel deeply connected to all that surrounds us. Through meditation we know that we are not alone.

Tabitha Kot is a certified Yoga Therapist, Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. In her 20’s during a time of deep struggle, stress and change, yoga entered her life and changed its course. She attributes this magical moment to the loving act of the unseen hand that has always manifested in her life just at the right time to guide her safely along the path of life. Since that moment 20 years ago, Yoga & Yoga therapy has become her vocation, passion & life.
