Yoga for Calming – Seated Practice – In Person or Virtual

If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed in this time of uncertainty and change.
Practice yoga and pranayama (breathing exercise) while in the seated position. In this
one hour class we will practice poses to calm and relax our mind, body and spirit.
In this practice, the benefits you will experience are:

This class is offered in-person at the centre (4 spots) and virtually live through Zoom.

Facilitator: Cristina’s practice is mainly based on the foundational principle of “Metta Bhavana” – loving kindness or compassion, where the healing process occurs naturally with compassion and trust. Cris invites her participants to receive with an open heart and mind. She believes that we all require self-care everyday whether physically, emotionally or mentally. She is very passionate about teaching Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Meditation and Reiki. She finds joy and healing in her work through the positive connection and energy exchange between her and her clients.
