Cristina is a great believer in self-care, self-love and self-compassion. She believes that we all should be mindful about our needs healing everyday whether physically, emotionally or mentally. As Cris says “we need a connection to others and when we practice self-care and self-compassion, we create a greater connection to our own self. When our body is healthy, free from pain and of calm mind we can then contribute to our wellbeing and healthier relationships with our family, friends, and community.” Her own healing journey along with the support of others, led her to find her passion teaching Yoga, as well as practicing Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki.
