All Event bookings are done on a first come first served basis.
Payment must be made at the time of event booking.
Bookings can be done by phone with a credit card ( 289-802-3190) or at the store, with cash, credit or debit.
We require 72 hour cancellation notice for a full refund.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the start of the event is subject to a 25% admin fee.
Events are non-refundable once commenced.
There are no refunds or credits on missed classes.
All events are subject to HST tax.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to a 25% admin fee.
Pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Signed original must be presented for redemption.

Wellness certificates may be subject to a substitution or store credit if the originally purchased session is no longer available.
