Return Policy

► We will happily take back any unused/unopened merchandise with receipt and tags attached in new condition for a credit, exchanged or full refund within 14 days.

► Worn or broken items cannot be returned.

► The same return policy applies to items with gift receipts.

► Only manufacturer warranties apply where available.

► Used Books, as is, clearance items & earrings are final sale.

Event Policy

► All Event bookings are done on a first come first served basis.

► Payment must be made at the time of event registration.

► Bookings can be done by phone with a credit card ( 289-802-3190) or at the store, with cash, credit or debit.

► Events can only be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

► There are no refunds or credits on missed classes.

► The minimum age to attend events is 15 years unless otherwise stated.

► All events are subject to HST tax.

Therapy Policy

► Practitioner bookings can be done by phone (289-802-3190) or at the store.

► Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to a 25% admin fee.

► Pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared.

► All services are subject to HST tax.

► Please arrive 15 mins early for your first appointment to complete paperwork.

Gift Certificate Policy

► Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable.

► Signed original must be presented for redemption.

► Cannot be replaced if lost,stolen or used without permission.

► Wellness certificates may be subject to a substitution or store credit if the originally purchased session is no longer available.
